While we’ll attempt to accommodate in best possible manner, current policies prevailing at time of your feedback may prevail.

Our Shipping Policy

We use third-party shippers and are hence governed by Terms & Conditions of such logistic partners.
Not compromising on quality, focus is to team up with reliable partners who are best in the industry with widest reach across India.
For Express deliveries, premium delivery charges will apply.
Our effort will be to ship out orders same day if received before 12 AM on any working day, which otherwise will be sent out over the next 2-3 working days.
Shipment details will be shared immediately on despatch for necessary tracking.

How long does it take to deliver my order?

  • We will dispatch your order within 1-2 working days from the date of your order and the product will be delivered to your doorstep within 3 to 15 days, depending on your location within India.
  • Orders are not shipped on Sundays or Public Holidays.
  • We continuously strive to get your products delivered to you sooner, however, in some unforeseen circumstances it may take a bit longer. In this case, we’ll notify you with shipping tracking details and you may track your orders online.

Can I track my shipment?

Yes, you can track your shipment online. All our shipments within India are sent by reputed couriers like FedEx, Delivery, Express Bees etc. As soon as the product is dispatched from our office, you shall receive an email/SMS on your registered email ID / mobile number consisting of the Tracking ID and instructions to guide you.

Return, Refund, and Exchange” policy

1) Return the item within 10 days.
2) Product should not be damaged.
3) To obtain a Refund or Exchange, it is required to provide an unboxing video and images of the product” at kismataursitare@gmail.com within 24 hours of receipt of the product along with your order number.
4) Before clearing the refund, the returned product will be cross-checked by the company.
5) Refund amount will be sent to the customer after receiving the product.
6) Defective/Damaged or if a Wrong order has been shipped to the customer. In the event of the same, we will provide a free replacement of the same product, if we have it in stock (First you need to share an unboxing video and images of the product.)
7) In case of any issues related to the color or size of the item purchased, the same may be exchanged for a different color/size within 7 days of receipt of the order. However, to and from shipping charges for this exchange order will need to be borne by the buyer.
